Frank Rizzi manages the West Covina office and has been in real estate since 1988. Growing up in the business has given him a wide perspective of real estate investment. While attending Loyola Marymount University, he worked as an assistant property manager for Hearthside Apartments in West Los Angeles, and purchased his first property in Bakersfield California.
After receiving a BA in Business Administration in 1991, while attempting to climb the corporate ladder at Farmer's Insurance, he started to buy and sell properties for his own portfolio with outstanding results.
In 1996 he obtained his broker's license, which provided better education and opportunities in the Real Estate Industry. To date he has brokered over 50 million in real estate transactions and manages over 500,000 square feet of retail and commercial buildings, and over 200 apartment units.
Currently he is obtaining the CPM designation.
Tom Chou
BOS Commercial's Executive Vice president
Tom has many years of experience brokering, purchasing, and managing both residential and commercial real estate, and currently manages the Irvine office.
Tom's family has been involved in real estate since he was a young boy, and by extension, Tom grew up walking and talking real estate. Although Tom has a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Rice University, his passion lies in real estate.
Tom is also a licensed Broker and has additional experience in land entitlement, property development, and real estate syndication.

Mr. Angiuli's talents lie in his ability to manage construction projects and extract great results from his staff. He has the ability to personally handle any maintenance issue, manage a combination of permanent employees or outside vendors to get the jobs done on time, on budget, and done right the first time.


Assistant Property Manager
Karla graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 2005 with a degree in communications and has worked in Media and promotions until finding a home at Bos Commercial. The experience she has brings a fresh perspective to Real Estate Advertising and Marketing. She has been managing residential properties for over 5 years, and her high attention to detail makes her a natural.
Alexander graduated from Cal-Poly Pomona in 2004 with a Business degree, and has been working in the Financial Services Industry/property management business since that time. Flavia has 5 years of property management training, whose primary duties involve bookkeeping, tenant relations, collections, and accounts payable.
